What is Depersonalization?

Depersonalization is a condition of not feeling like oneself or feeling isolated from one’s own behavior. Patients of panic attack say that they feel such as watching yourself from outside of themselves which is a description of good of depersonalization.

One patient of panic attack feels a constant state of depersonalization. Actually, here inside of his own perspective, but he never believed it, he always feel outside of himself. Strange feeling couldn’t found by his, although he always knew reality from unreality. A lot of his time spent to obsession about his depersonalization. He is very distresed by state of mind.
